OUR FOUNDER
ELMO UBANAN
Elmo is a highly experienced architect and project manager with over two decades of experience in both local and international settings. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Architecture degree from the Cebu Institute of Technology-University in 2001. He further solidified his professional standing by becoming a registered and licensed architect and a member of the United Architects of the Philippines.
His career has taken him to the United Arab Emirates, where he worked for 15 years as a Technical & Project Manager and has played a key role in the development of several iconic structures. His portfolio includes contributions to projects such as the Presidential Palace in Abu Dhabi, Etihad Towers, Emirates Palace, Dubai Opera, Al Wasl Pavilion-Dubai Expo2020, The Royal Atlantis, among others. These projects showcase his ability to navigate the challenges of large-scale developments and deliver exceptional results.
Elmo's diverse experience, spanning both private and public sector projects, has provided him with a comprehensive understanding in the field of architecture, interior design, landscaping and construction. This deep knowledge base, combined with his dedication to excellence, makes him a solid foundation of the company
